The boy and I went to Chicago for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. I had to be there that week for a tradeshow, so the time seemed right to go down early and have a little fun. We took the train down from Milwaukee so we didn't have to worry about dealing with a car. Parking in Chicago is ri-donk-ulous! We got there a little early, so we had to wait. Luckily it was nice outside, so we took advantage! Since it was cloudy and chilly on the morning of my birthday, we headed to Navy Pier first. Waiting for the bus Then as the sky cleared up, we made our way to Millennium Park. Got to have a picture of the bean. Broke out the orb for a bit of fun. The next couple days weren't as nice weather wise, so we ended up not going up to the top of Sears Willis Tower. We did get a chance to tour the submarine at the Museum of Science and Industry.
